About me!

Lily Tomasic is a scenic designer and associate based in New York City. With a background in scenic artistry, carpentry, and props, she enjoys both designing and collaborating throughout the creative process. Her work emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and crafting immersive environments that draw audiences into the world of a production.

Lily has designed multiple shows regionally, including Two Jews Walk into a War  (New Jewish Theatre), Winter Wonderettes (Timberlake Playhouse) and ACTION (Action Arts Collaboration).

Since graduating, she has worked on various Off-Broadway and regional productions as an associate and assistant designer. New York: Conversations with Mother  (Theater 555), SUMO (Ma-Yi Theater/The Public), Dial M for Murder (Two River Theater). Regionally: Les Misérables (The Muny), Hamlet, Sherwood (Alabama Shakespeare Festival), As You Like It (St. Louis Shakespeare Festival).

Whenever she gets the chance, she enjoys reading, playing video games, and soaking up the sunshine with her dogs.
